- Our lab collection kit now proudly features co-branding with Sanesco, a Division of NeuroScience.
- Simpler collection instructions
- We have revamped our collection instructions to be more clear and concise, making it easier for patients to follow the process accurately. Clear instructions can greatly improve patient compliance, leading to more reliable test results.
- Each kit contains an important reminder card that provides patients with helpful tips for collecting and shipping their samples. The Notice of Privacy Practices is now available via a QR code.
- Environmentally-friendly box design
- In our commitment to sustainability, we have reduced packaging and eliminated the return shipping box. Patients will now use the kit box itself to ship their samples, reducing waste and environmental impact.
- Shorter Wellness Form (previously the Patient Health Questionnaire)
While these updates make collection easier for your patients, the available panels, collection materials, specimen amounts, and how you view reports remain the same!
